Keep your business visible. Keep your voice consistent.
Manage your website, social media, Reddit and LinkedIn with a shared plan for content, enquiries and follow-up. Give the right person a clear draft to review, a task to own and a record of what was actually published.
Keep track of the website pages, profiles and business information that need attention. Give each change an owner and a review step, so an old opening time or service description is easier to catch.
02
A clearer content rhythm
Bring ideas, drafts, assets and planned dates into one calendar. Reuse useful material thoughtfully, with versions suited to the website, social channels and professional or community audiences.
03
Enquiries with an owner
Route questions and public feedback to someone who can respond. Keep context, approval and follow-up visible so an unanswered comment or a promising enquiry does not disappear between channels.
The aim is a sustainable publishing and response process. Better organisation does not guarantee reach, rankings or new customers.
Plan the work. Review the message. Record the result.
The website, a social feed and a Reddit conversation serve different audiences. Each needs an appropriate message and a person accountable for it.
From idea to publication
1
Collect the useful material
Gather service updates, customer questions and approved brand assets. Record the intended audience, channel and purpose before turning an idea into a draft.
2
Adapt and approve
Prepare website copy, a social post, a LinkedIn update or a relevant community contribution. Check accuracy, tone, permissions and the destination before the authorised reviewer approves it.
3
Publish and verify
Use a suitable verified connection or a clear manual publishing task. Save the live URL or confirmed result; a queued task or failed request should not be marked as a published post.
From public conversation to follow-up
1
Bring attention to the team
Collect supported notifications or record relevant public questions for review. Define the accounts and sources in scope rather than assuming access to every message on every platform.
2
Assign the response
Give the item an owner, prepare an appropriate reply and request approval when needed. Move private customer details into an agreed private conversation.
3
Close the loop
Record the reply and any next action. Review unanswered items, changed website information and observable results with the people responsible for the business.
Choose how much of the process to connect.
The first pilot should remove a clear source of work, without assuming every platform offers the same publishing or reporting access.
01
Website content and business information
Use the existing CMS or a scoped content workflow for pages, service information and approved assets. Track review dates and publication results alongside the public channels.
02
Connected accounts where supported
Evaluate the actual accounts, permissions and suitable connections for scheduling, notifications or reporting. Give each channel its own failure and approval handling instead of promising one universal integration.
03
A managed publishing queue
Prepare approved copy and assets with a clear task for manual publication when that is more appropriate. Record the result after it happens and count the remaining manual work when assessing value.
Build a routine the business can maintain.
Start with the website and a small set of chosen channels. Agree responsibilities, review standards and the result worth measuring.
1
Audit the current presence
List the owned pages and accounts, content gaps, public details and enquiry handoffs. Confirm access and decide which channels actually serve the business.
2
Run a small editorial cycle
Prepare a limited set of useful content, review it and publish through the agreed routes. Exercise a failed publication, a delayed approval and an enquiry needing escalation.
3
Review effort and useful outcomes
Compare planning and approval time, consistency and response handling. Use observable results to decide the next cycle; keep the channels that the team can sustain.
What we would measure together
Time spent preparing, reviewing and publishing content.
Stale business details found and corrected.
Approval delays and failed or duplicated publications.
Unanswered enquiries and time to a reviewed response.
Relevant website visits, enquiries or other agreed outcomes where reliable data is available.
Before you put more channels in motion.
Would the system publish or reply without our approval?
Publication and response permissions would be agreed for each workflow. Draft review and a named accountable person are the starting point. Preparing content does not itself authorise a public post, a reply or a direct message.
How would Reddit fit into this?
As a place for relevant, transparent participation in appropriate communities. The workflow would include a person checking community rules and whether a contribution belongs there. It does not involve fabricated recommendations, fake accounts or an assumption that promotion is welcome.
Can it manage our LinkedIn and other social accounts?
The proposal includes planning and coordinating work for the channels you choose. Connected publishing, notifications and analytics depend on verified access and a suitable connection for each account. Manual tasks remain a valid route where a connection is unavailable or unsuitable.
Would you write the content or just provide software?
The scope can cover a shared workflow, an ongoing managed service or an agreed combination. Subject knowledge, asset ownership, who drafts and who approves would be settled before a pilot. These pages do not promise an ongoing service package or publication volume.
Does this guarantee more reach or better search rankings?
No. The pilot would measure the work saved and outcomes that can actually be observed. Consistent publishing and current information can be useful, but audience response and commercial results cannot be guaranteed.
What about private messages and customer information?
Only approved accounts and permitted data would be connected. Access, retention and the handoff into a private customer record would be defined first. Public replies should not expose private enquiries, customer records or internal notes.
Project scope
A proposed public-presence workflow covering website content, social media, Reddit and LinkedIn. Initial scope includes an account and content inventory, editorial calendar, channel-specific drafts, human review, publishing evidence and enquiry ownership. A managed service, connected accounts, reporting, advertising and CRM handoffs would be scoped separately. No audience growth, ranking outcome, automatic access to third-party data or universal publishing connection is promised.

Scope and pricing
Pilot scope, connections, migration needs and pricing would be agreed after reviewing your current setup. This is a proposed pilot, with no fixed delivery date or price offered.
Which part of your public presence gets left behind?
Share the channels you use and where planning, approvals or replies get stuck. We can scope a manageable first cycle around the work that matters.
